  Refund Policy



  Most of our jewelry is made-to-order, so refunds are not available once production begins.


  Exchange Policy


 

We do not accept exchanges unless the purchased item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at:reejewlery@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement due to the defect. If eligible, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Clients must report damaged items within 24 hours of receiving the order if defective. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can address the issue promptly.


 Shipping Policy


 

Kindly note that some items purchased may not currently be available and will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of placing the order. In any case, when making a purchase, we will send you an email confirming whether the item is ready to ship right away. Also, we will inform you if it takes two to three weeks to be shipped to you. You will receive an email notification before any shipment leaves our warehouse.
